Shipping and Delivery Times

Kindly expect your order to arrive within Seven (7) working days (West Malaysia) to Ten (10) working days (East Malaysia). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours ( Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm ). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders placed after 2:00pm on a regular business day will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders are subject to availability.

Delivery Method

All the delivery is handled by EasyParcel, the country supported is Malaysia and Singapore only, and the courier service are DHL, J&T,, Pos Laju, and other available courier. Postage & Handling fees (per order):
– West Malaysia RM8 (Up to 3KG)
– East Malaysia RM20 (Up to 1.5KG)

– The price for subsequent KG depends on the Easy Parcel rate.

– Singapore USD25 (up till 1kg)

Shipping for Overseas

Shipping charges for Overseas orders vary greatly. Please send us an e-mail at general@season4otaku.com with the item(s) that you are interested in buying, your full address, and the destination location. We will respond within Three (3) business days with estimated shipping and handling charges. We will be happy to answer any questions that you have, so please let us know how we can help you. We cannot guarantee out of Klang Valley shipments. Any delays in time, damages, or lost packages will have to be handled directly with the shipping carrier by the customer. You may be charged customs or import fees from the destination state prior to delivery. These charges are from the customs department of the country and are not the responsibility of AniManGaki. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply after your order is shipped.

Cancellations

Cancellations of an order after the payment is confirmed is not allowed. Buyer may refer to Refund and Return policy for more info.

Undelivered Shipments

Any undelivered shipments will be returned to us, if you missed your shipments, please rearrange a self pick up at our roadshows or claim your products on our event days.
